Berlin has an amazing history of monarchy, the wall, some astonitiong architecture and rich culture. A bit less vebrant in winters, still it creates its own attraction. It has a soul of iteself, which one can experience there only.

Brandenburger Tor

Brandenburg Gate on a sunny winter afternoon. The second most visited place in Germany (after Cologne Cathedral) had Berlin Wall just behind it, till it fell in 1989.

Berliner Dom

Berliner Dom, (Berlin Cathedral) on a sunny winter afternoon. It is located on Museum Island on river Spree in Berlin. The north part of the island, as name suggests, is home to many museums. Including these Berlin has over 100 Museums.

Hauptbahnhof at night

Hauptbahnhof...Berlin Central Railway Station from Spree River Bridge. The station is five story high. Platforms on top and lowest floors. The middle three floors have shoping centre and aminities.

Hertzallee Berlin

An ICE train leaves Zoologischer Garten (Berlin Zoo) railway station (also Railway Station for upmarket Kurfürstendamm Area of West Berlin), where I changed train / metro daily in Jan 18.
